Cancellation Policy

At Stephenson Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to effectively manage bookings and reservations.

Shuttle Services

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.

Day Tours

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.

Wildlife Safaris

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover administration and processing costs.

• Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.

Changes to Bookings

Any requests to amend a booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the requested change.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellation by Stephenson Adventures

In the unlikely event that Stephenson Adventures needs to cancel a tour, safari, transfer, or other service due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered an alternative date, an alternative experience, or a full refund where applicable.
